“Change your thoughts and you change your world.”
-Norman Vincent Peale
I see coaching as an opportunity to create space to step out of autopilot, reconnect with yourself, and better understand how you want to move through your life and work. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you better understand how you think, what drives your decisions, and what may be keeping you stuck. Coaching changed my own life in profound ways, helping me build trust in myself, which is a big part of why I feel so connected to serving others through this work today.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade as a senior leader in the creative industry, working across Sony Pictures, Paramount, and Sony Music. Much of my work centered around helping people navigate collaboration, creative pressure, leadership challenges, and personal growth. That experience deeply informs how I coach today. I blend a practical, real-world perspective with a reflective and human-centered approach. My work helps clients navigate transition, strengthen self-trust, and make decisions that feel more aligned with who they are and how they want to live.
I currently live in Los Angeles, where I continue to invest in my own personal growth and staying curious about what it means to live a more aligned and intentional life.
